• Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation, session notes, treatment plans, and assessments to ensure accuracy and compliance • Review submitted claims and supporting documentation for completeness and alignment with payer requirements • Identify errors, inconsistencies, or missing information and coordinate corrections with relevant team members • Ensure adherence to ABA best practices, company policies, and insurance guidelines • Monitor compliance with authorization requirements and service delivery standards • Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, and administrative staff to resolve documentation or billing discrepancies • Track and report on audit findings, trends, and areas for improvement • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives and standard operating procedures (SOPs) • Provide feedback and training to staff on documentation quality and compliance standards • Stay up to date with changes in ABA regulations, payer requirements, and industry best practices

• Plan, coordinate, and ensure completion of functional testing activities • Review functional and design specifications to validate requirements • Identify gaps or ambiguities in requirements prior to testing • Develop and execute: Test plans • Test cases • Test scripts and scenarios • Perform manual and automated testing to ensure application quality • Conduct regression testing to validate system stability after changes • Define testing scope, timelines, and strategy in collaboration with stakeholders • Assign and manage testing tasks across team members • Facilitate testing for: New implementations • Enhancements • Production support • Ensure all testing activities are properly documented and completed before release • Identify, document, and track defects with clear and detailed reporting • Collaborate with development teams for issue resolution • Analyze test results and generate quality metrics and reports • Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices

• Perform end-to-end testing of native iOS, Android, and Desktop applications. • Validate complex client-server interactions, including data synchronization and offline modes. • Conduct deep-dive debugging using Charles Proxy, Xcode, Android Studio, and Linux CLI. • Analyze backend logs (Kibana, Grafana) to investigate distributed system issues. • Maintain and extend the existing automation framework using Ruby and RSpec. • Collaborate closely with US-based product teams and local developers in an Agile environment.
