We are looking for a dedicated AI Engineer to own the end-to-end delivery of production-ready LLM services, turning complex data into fast, reliable, and grounded recommendations at scale. This is a high-impact role where you’ll build and operate the core AI systems that power our platform with production-grade performance. We’re expanding quickly and bringing on multiple teammates to contribute across several new projects built on this stack. Job Requirements

  • Our ideal candidate's core tech stack:
  • Languages & APIs: Python (FastAPI), TypeScript (Node/Nest BFF), REST/GraphQL, WebSocket/SSE
  • Python + FastAPI production experience (async, dependency injection, testing).
  • Comfortable integrating with TypeScript/Node
  • Built APIs with REST/GraphQL and at least one streaming pattern (SSE/WebSocket).
  • LLM & RAG: embedding stores (pgvector / OpenSearch / etc), chunking strategies, re-rank, hybrid search; prompt tooling & templates; guardrails
  • Observability & quality: structured logging, tracing, metrics; experiment/eval tooling (e.g., Langfuse-style telemetry), offline/online A/Bs
  • Data & pipelines: robust CSV/Sheets ingestion, schema validation, PII handling, backfills, scheduled jobs
  • Agentic experience (not day-one usage): familiarity with MCP and agent frameworks, tool design, constrained execution, and safe planning, so you can leverage them when they’re the right fit
  • Can work effectively in CET timezone

  • LLM serving optimization (vLLM, TensorRT-LLM), quantization/LoRA know-how
  • Retrieval eval frameworks, cross-encoder rerankers, response grading
  • Experience with cost controls, token budgeting, and prompt compression
  • Serving & infra: Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD; model gateways (e.g., LiteLLM/vLLM) and caching; object storage (S3-compatible); message bus (Kafka or equivalent)
  • Security & privacy: tenant-aware access controls, secrets management, audit logs, privacy and safety red-teaming basics
  • Qualifications
  • 4-6+ years software engineering (product environments), ideally with 2+ years hands-on experience in shipping LLM/GenAI to production
  • Proven track record owning services end-to-end (design, implementation, rollout, monitoring, and iteration)
  • Clear writing, pragmatic decision-making, and comfort collaborating with Mobile, Backend, and Ops (Dev/LLM)
  • Experience with technologies

The Information Assurance (IA) / Cybersecurity Engineer will support and maintain the security posture of mission systems within a DoD environment. This role is responsible for implementing and validating security controls, supporting compliance and authorization activities, and coordinating remediation across Azure and hybrid enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will work collaboratively with engineering and architecture teams to ensure security is embedded throughout system lifecycles and aligned with DoD cybersecurity requirements. *Position is contingent upon contract award.* Responsibilities - Implement, maintain, and assess security controls for Azure and hybrid enterprise systems in alignment with organizational policies and applicable cybersecurity standards. - Support security compliance and authorization activities, including preparation, review, and maintenance of required cybersecurity documentation and artifacts. - Conduct security control validation, vulnerability analysis, and comprehensive risk assessments across systems and platforms. - Monitor system security posture and coordinate with engineering teams to remediate identified vulnerabilities and findings. - Provide IA guidance during system changes, deployments, and upgrades to ensure security controls remain effective and compliant. - Support incident response activities, including analysis, containment, and post-incident remediation. - Review system configurations, architectures, and operational procedures to identify security gaps and risk areas. - Collaborate with Senior Azure Systems & Platform Engineers and Azure Architects to ensure security requirements are integrated into system designs and implementations. - Assist with continuous monitoring activities, including review of security logs, alerts, and assessment results. - Support audits, inspections, and compliance reviews through technical inputs, evidence gathering, reporting, and subject-matter expertise. - Track and manage Plans of Action and Milestones (POA&M) and associated remediation efforts. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date security documentation including control implementations, assessment results, and remediation records. - Ensure alignment with DoD 8140 / DCWF qualification requirements, maintaining required professional certifications and continuing education. - Performs other related duties as assigned. ​ Qualifications - Experience: Minimum 4 years of cybersecurity, information assurance, or security engineering experience (or equivalent). - Education: - Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Systems, or related field - OR equivalent combination of education, training, and experience - Microsoft Azure: - Demonstrated hands-on experience supporting or securing Azure environments - Certifications: - Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (or higher) - Meets DoD 8570 / 8140 IAT-II requirements (e.g., Security+, SSCP, GSEC) - Security Clearance: - Active Secret clearance (required) Preferred - Advanced security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CAP). - Experience with secure cloud architecture patterns in Azure, including identity, access management, segmentation, and logging/monitoring. - Familiarity with RMF-style compliance workflows in regulated environments. - Experience supporting enterprise-level hybrid or Azure-integrated environments.
