Regional Controller
Odevo
• Oversee day-to-day accounting and finance operations within the designated region • Ensure accurate financial reporting and compliance with accounting standards • Provide financial leadership and support to several Odevo US operating companies • Manage daily accounting and finance operations • Lead the close process, including preparing and/or reviewing journal entries • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports • Ensure financial reporting is accurate and compliant with US GAAP and groupwide policies • Lead the budgeting and forecasting processes • Assist in the maintenance of internal controls documentation • Support tax and internal/external audit requests • Assist with the integration of newly acquired companies into the accounting and financial processes • Support special projects and other tasks as needed
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Master’s degree in accounting, Finance, or Business Administration, a plus.
- Active CPA (Certified Public Accountant) license is required.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance roles, preferably within a regional or multi-location environment.
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations.
- Experience with financial software systems (Jedox, CINC and QuickBooks, a plus).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

Description About the Role We are seeking an experienced Assistant Controller–level consultant to provide immediate support during a high‑volume audit cycle and assist with ERP data migration and tie‑outs. This role is critical in stabilizing financial operations during a period of system transition, multiple statutory audits, and global coordination. • Own the full P&L on a portfolio level.
