Role Description As a Case Manager at iKomet, your primary role is to oversee the strategic and operational aspects of clients' cases, working closely with our in-house teams and external professionals, clients, and stakeholders. You will be entrusted with the responsibility of effectively managing client cases and ensuring their successful completion. - Undertake a detailed evaluation of each case to identify the necessary services and resources required to meet the client's needs. - Develop, implement, and review comprehensive case management plans in alignment with client goals and company protocols. - Coordinate all case activities, maintain case files and records, and ensure all case information is up-to-date and accessible. - Collaborate with internal teams, third-party agencies, and professionals to facilitate smooth service delivery and case resolution. - Build and maintain effective relationships with clients, maintaining thorough communication and keeping them informed of any changes or updates in their case status. - Engage in problem-solving efforts for any case-related issues, employing critical thinking and decision-making skills to ensure the achievement of desired outcomes. - Maintain compliance with federal, state, and company policies and regulations concerning case management. - Participate in regular meetings, workshops, and training to continuously enhance knowledge and keep up with industry trends and practices. Qualifications - A bachelor's degree in Human Services, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field. - The possession of a Master's degree or a relevant professional certification will be highly desirable. - A minimum of 3 years' experience in a case management position, preferably in a fast-paced, client-focused setting. - Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, able to interact effectively with diverse individuals at all levels. - Proficiency in utilizing case management software and other computer applications, such as MS Office suite. - Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and abide by the principles of privacy and protection of client data.
