Executive Director, DevOps – Platform Engineering

Tivity Health

• Ensure strategic visions are operationalized through DevOps, developer tooling, and platform operations. • Own development tooling including JIRA and CI/CD toolchain. • Partner with IT Operations and Development to improve engineering velocity and reliability. • Drive a rigorous cloud cost-reduction program. • Establish and enforce consistent engineering standards.

Job Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Proven ownership of CI/CD platforms and development tooling
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Experience operationalizing AI-assisted development
  • Strong partner to IT Operations and IT Development
  • Metrics-driven execution and telemetry building.

We are looking for a Mid-level Java Developer to join our client’s engineering team and support the development of a SaaS platform used by enterprise customers. This role requires working in close collaboration with both Netguru and our client’s teams, acting as a fully integrated contributor within the client's software organization. This is a B2B contract position. Hourly rate: up to 30 EUR/h (net, invoiced). Working hours: 14:30 to 22:30 CET (±30 minutes).
