What You Bring: - A proven track record in SaaS subscription sales, particularly in complex accounts, evidenced by quota overachievement and strong customer references. - Demonstrated experience selling to Federal Civilian agencies in particular The Department of Homeland Security. - In-depth understanding and, ideally, experience in selling solutions related to Enterprise Search, Log Analytics, Security, APM, and Cloud. - Adept at building relationships and establishing credibility with both developers and executives. - Consistent and accurate sales forecasting skills using SFDC. - Enthusiasm for the Open Source model and a deep appreciation for the community relying on our solutions. - Prior experience selling into the Enterprise accounts included in this territory. Compensation for this role is in the form of base salary plus a variable component, that together comprise the On-Target Earnings (OTE). On-Target Earnings (OTE) are based on a 50/50 pay mix (base salary / target variable). The typical starting OTE range for new hires in this role is listed below. This range represents the lowest to highest OTE we reasonably and in good faith believe we would pay for this role at the time of this posting. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range, and the range may be modified in the future. • Responsible for the hands-on implementation, configuration, and ongoing management of security controls across ai2io’s Microsoft 365 and Azure environments. • Implements and maintains security controls across Microsoft Defender, Purview, Entra ID, Intune, and Azure services. • Remediates security gaps identified through risk assessments, vulnerability scans, compliance audits, and stakeholder security reviews. • Supports security operations by tuning alerts, building automation, developing runbooks, and providing Tier 2–3 incident response support. • Collaborates with the Rapid7 MDR team to ensure effective detection coverage, incident escalation, and agent health across all managed environments. • Assists in maintaining compliance with organizational security standards and applicable frameworks (NIST CSF, CIS Benchmarks, SOC 2).

• Design and implement enterprise AI security architecture for locally hosted AI/LLM platforms, ensuring confidentiality, integrity, and availability of sensitive data. • Define and enforce AI guardrails, including prompt filtering, output validation, and protection against prompt injection and data leakage risks. • Develop security blueprints, architecture standards, and design patterns for AI and machine learning platforms across the enterprise. • Perform AI threat modeling and identify vulnerabilities specific to LLMs, including model misuse, poisoning, and adversarial inputs. • Integrate security controls across AI lifecycle, including data ingestion, model training, inference, and output handling. • Establish and monitor security metrics and controls to evaluate effectiveness of AI security architecture and enterprise security posture. • Collaborate with engineering, data science, and infrastructure teams to ensure secure AI solution design and deployment. • Participate in architecture governance, design reviews, and technology selection, ensuring alignment with enterprise security standards. • Evaluate and recommend AI security tools, frameworks, and solutions, including build vs. buy analysis. • Maintain detailed architecture documentation, security standards, and operational procedures. • Provide technical leadership and guidance on emerging AI security threats, trends, and best practices.
