The role focuses on leading the consolidation and optimization of EAM processes, ensuring efficient operations, system integration, and configuration across SAP PM and supporting modules like MM and IM. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the design, configuration, and integration of SAP PM/EAM systems, including Asset Suite 9, Passport, Maximo, and other EAM platforms. - Collaborate with technical leads to define infrastructure, integrations, and operational requirements for system consolidation and deployment. - Lead and mentor technical teams, ensuring high-quality deliverables and adherence to SAP best practices. - Oversee testing, including unit test scripts and UAT documentation when required. - Ensure compliance with SAP PM/EAM standards and operational procedures. Must-Have Skills & Experience: - 5–8 years of experience in SAP PM / EAM technical architecture and operations. - Strong knowledge of SAP MM and IM for integration with PM processes. - Technical skills: Asset Suite (Foundation Architecture, Compose and XML), WebSphere/WebLogic/JBoss, Linux (P3). - Passport skills: COBOL, z/OS, DB2. - Proven experience leading technical teams (minimum 4 years). - Proficient in English is a must. - Availability to work MDT shift. Nice-to-Have Skills: - Experience preparing and maintaining unit test scripts in HPALM, with documentation and screenshots for UAT. • Design, develop, and deploy machine learning solutions to tackle practical challenges in the marketplace. • Collaborate closely with product managers, data scientists, and backend engineers to deeply understand business needs and create impactful ML applications. • Actively engage with diverse stakeholders to ensure that solutions are well-integrated and aligned with business goals. • Push the envelope on our operational efficiency by continually refining and advancing our algorithms and models.

• Develop and optimize machine learning models for parsing, extracting, and categorizing data in PDF tax documents. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning solutions into our software products. • Apply statistical analysis to identify signals, trends, and insights that can inform product development. • Mentor and guide junior data scientists and team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

• Design and build scalable ML infrastructure to support model training, evaluation, and deployment. • Develop and maintain containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes. • Build and manage distributed training pipelines and orchestration workflows. • Implement and maintain ML lifecycle tooling such as MLflow for experiment tracking and reproducibility. • Own production inference systems, including NVIDIA Triton Inference Server. • Design and operate low-latency, high-availability model serving architectures. • Implement CI/CD pipelines for ML deployment, versioning, and rollback strategies. • Build and maintain data pipelines integrated with Snowflake and related data systems. • Implement monitoring, logging, and alerting for model performance, drift detection, and system health. • Partner with ML Engineers to improve developer experience and accelerate delivery.
