Salesforce Software Engineer

Resource Innovations

Resource Innovations is seeking a Salesforce Engineer with development experience to join our growing software team. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salesforce Engineer with a strong background in leading and supporting in the full life-cycle development of Salesforce cloud-based enterprise systems, including design, implementation, testing, and support in fast paced team environment.   In this role, you will be responsible for the successful development, configuration and implementation of our Salesforce software solutions for key customers to meet their specific needs. You will serve as the primary point of contact for our teams, understanding their business objectives, and guiding them through the software configuration process. Your expertise in leading Salesforce development and configurations will be critical in driving results and customer satisfaction. Duties and Responsibilities - Lead and participate in the full life-cycle development of Salesforce cloud-based enterprise software systems, including design, implementation, testing, and support in fast paced distributed team environment. - Responsible for UI design, development, client-side programming, and building and release infrastructure. - Collaborate closely with internal teams and clients to understand their business requirements and objectives. - Configure and customize software solutions to align with client specifications and goals. - Lead demonstrations and training sessions to educate clients on software functionality and best practices. - Ensure timely and successful delivery of software solutions according to client needs and objectives. - Monitor and track client accounts to identify potential issues or opportunities for improvement. - Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to provide strategic guidance to clients - All other duties assigned

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years of software development and configuration experience in designing and developing high performance, reliable and scalable production systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Proven experience as a Salesforce engineer and administrator.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce configuration and implementation processes.
  • Experience in writing client and server-side code for web-based applications, strong Apex or Java expertise preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Practical knowledge of the Agile Software Development Life-cycle
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Experience in the software industry, particularly with Salesforce products.
  • Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and presentations.
  • Preferred:
  • Knowledge of project management tools is a plus.
  • Experience in the utility and climate industry and integration of software products.

  • Compensation & Benefits
  • Resource Innovations offers competitive salaries based on a candidate's skills, experience and qualifications for the position.  The compensation range for the base salary for this position is $88K - $110K. In addition to base pay, employees may be eligible for a discretionary annual bonus.  The stated salary represents the expected compensation for this position. Final compensation will be determined based on factors such as the candidate's experience, education and location.
