Job Title: Remote Sales Development Representative Job Description We’re hiring a dedicated Sales Development Representative to source outbound leads focused on veteran- and disability-centered talent pipelines. This role involves researching and engaging organizations that provide scalable access to skilled, inclusive talent and qualifying opportunities for partnership and sales teams. Responsibilities - Identify and source high-quality outbound leads aligned to defined supply-side partner personas. - Research and build target lists of veteran and disability-serving non-profits, workforce programs, and training organizations. - Conduct initial outreach to potential leads via phone, email, or social media. - Qualify leads and determine interest and fit with customer solutions. - Educate leads about the value proposition and offerings. - Set up initial meetings or demos to present sales offerings. - Nurture outbound leads by enrolling them in sales sequences in Hubspot. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads and interactions in Hubspot CRM. - Create and maintain a pipeline of potential prospects, including a target list of key prospects. - Ensure prospects align with priority skill sets and requisitions that align with customer missions. - Overcome objections to set initial meetings. - Collaborate with the sales team to support achieving overall sales goals. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify new lead generation strategies. Essential Skills - 1-2 years of experience in Sales, preferably in PPN (public, private, nonprofit) Sales. - Proficiency in CRM/Hubspot. - Proficiency in ZoomInfo and LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach. Additional Skills & Qualifications - Sales education and/or training can be an accepted equivalent. - Experience in veteran, disability, nonprofit, or workforce development environments is a plus. Work Environment This position is 100% remote and can sit in PST, CST or EST. There is an opportunity to grow within the sales team into a full-cycle sales role if desired. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Hanover, MD. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $26.44 - $28.85/hr.
