• Driving the successful development of complex PCB products by coordinating cross-functional teams from conception through fabrication • Ensuring technical excellence through ownership of design reviews and application of advanced PCB design techniques, including signal integrity and manufacturability • Enhancing product quality and reliability by resolving design and manufacturing issues collaboratively with engineering and manufacturing partners • Fostering continuous improvement by participating in best practice teams and driving productivity initiatives • Supporting innovation by helping engineers tackle challenging technical problems and leveraging advanced tools and scripting capabilities
Job Requirements
- 7+ years of professional experience designing high-speed, reliable circuits involving complex, multi-layer advanced technology printed circuit boards (PCBs)
- Prior experience with Signal Integrity (SI), Mechanical Computer-Aided Design (MCAD), Manufacturing (MFG), Contract Manufacturing (CM), and Fabrication (Fab) development processes
- Prior experience using Cadence Allegro PCB design software, version 17.4 or later
- Demonstrated analytical skills with a track record of resolving complex PCB design issues effectively
- Experience working in cross-functional teams to develop and prepare test procedures for PCB functionality verification
- Proven experience reviewing and recommending improvements for existing and New Product Introduction (NPI) PCB designs
- Experience of common PCB design rules and constraint management.

• Participate in the design, development, and operation of several key embedded software capabilities on the Lime vehicles and related products.
