• Being the central point of contact for customers and cross-functional teams regarding the delivery of Security Services • Partnering with customers to understand their technical and business needs, to ensure customer success • Partnering with the Product teams to bring customers' feedbacks on solutions and stick to their needs • Managing the deliverables while working closely with other teams to ensure the success of the account • Working with other technical experts to solve problems and demonstrate Akamai's values • Contributing and collaborating with the wider team globally to facilitate the continuous improvement of processes
Job Requirements
- Have knowledge and/or experience as a Consultant for Web Security
- Have some knowledge of implementation concepts that deal with web development, IT systems or security practice
- Be familiar with security technology, process and concepts, security event management, or security compliance
- Demonstrate knowledge of Project Management concepts and techniques
- Have good communication skills and demonstrate an ability to build trusting relationships with customers
- Be able to proactive work with a sense of urgency with a constant desire to learn
- Be fluent in Japanese and have reading and writing competency in English
