• Lead collaboration with business stakeholders to define and refine requirements for complex reports and data solutions. • Define architecture and standards for scalable and governed Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models. • Mastery in writing optimized SQL queries for complex data extraction, cleansing, and transformation. • Serve as a technical leader, defining and enforcing best practices for data quality, governance, and validation. • Conduct deep‑dive analysis on large, complex datasets to identify strategic trends and actionable insights. • Serve as a key resource in client‑facing consulting, driving customer engagement, influencing technical solutions for clients, and presenting complex architectural and visualization decisions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
  • 4–8 years of industry experience as a hands‑on practitioner in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related role
  • Mastery of SQL and deep expertise in advanced data modeling techniques
  • Deep expertise in Power BI (including DAX and Power Query (M)) and other leading BI tools
  • Expertise in 5+ key data/BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Looker, dbt, Python/R for advanced analytics)
  • Deep expertise across all 5 major cloud and data platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure, Snowflake, and Databricks)
  • Proven ability to lead customer engagement and influence technical direction in a consulting environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with all stakeholders.
