As an Oracle EPM Solution Architect, you will be responsible for: - Solution Architecture & Design: Leverage deep functional and technical expertise to design, build, test, and deploy tailored Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, specifically focused on Financial Consolidations and Planning and Budgeting. - Client Leadership: Lead client workshops to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical design documents and robust, scalable architectures. - Hands-on Implementation: Perform hands-on configuration and customization of Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and Financial Consolidations modules. - Strategic Advisory: Recommend implementation roadmaps and plans, acting as a trusted advisor to clients to solve complex business challenges. - Practice Development: Partner with the Peloton leadership team to develop Practice strategy and initiatives while contributing to the continuous improvement of Peloton’s intellectual property. - People Management: Lead and mentor junior consultants, providing guidance on project tasks and supporting their professional development. Required Experience & Skills: - Qualified candidates must have a BS or BA degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Technology or equivalent degree. - 5-10+ years of experience in Financial Planning, Reporting and/or Analysis or deep knowledge within the Planning cycle, Financial Consolidation processes and industry best practices. - 5-10 years of hands-on implementation experience with Oracle Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS) and/or Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCCS) with at least 5 full life cycle Oracle EPM implementations. - Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills combined with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Proven ability to work remotely and independently in support of clients and team members. - Fit with Peloton culture and company values: teamwork, innovation, integrity, service, “can-do” attitude, and speaking your ideas. - Must be willing to travel. Compensation: Peloton provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles. Actual compensation is influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, business needs, and geographic location. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $120,000-$280,000. Base Compensation).
