Learning and Content Manager

StarRez

• Oversee the development, maintenance, and continuous improvement of StarRez Academy and StarCare Online. • Ensure all learning and support content is current, accurate, and aligned with product updates and company strategy. • Repurpose content across multiple formats (guides, video, eLearning, webinars, knowledge base, and social media). • Optimize content for searchability and accessibility, ensuring users can quickly find and apply information. • Lead and mentor a team of instructional designers, Absorb LMS users and content creators including, E-Learning Specialists, and LMS Administrators in Customer Enablement. • Set priorities, manage workloads, and ensure deadlines are consistently met. • Foster a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous improvement. • Research and source new content ideas that anticipate customer needs and align with industry trends. • Ensure all published materials adhere to company voice, branding, and compliance standards. • Collaborate with product teams to develop release-specific training and documentation. • Partner with marketing to align learning content with promotional campaigns and customer engagement strategies. • Collaborate with internal committees such as the Academy Steering Committee to drive strategic learning initiatives. • Expand learning brands and programs, including StarRez Explorer and future Academy learning opportunities. • Produce monthly reports on StarRez Academy performance and SCO (Sharable Content Object) usage metrics. • Maintain high editorial standards in writing, editing, and multimedia content production. • Measure effectiveness of learning and support content using engagement analytics, customer feedback, and support metrics.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in content management, instructional design, or learning management systems.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Proficiency with content creation tools (eLearning authoring, video editing, CMS platforms).
  • Familiarity with content performance analytics.
  • Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or customer support technology preferred.
