• Analyze, develop and improve data platform solutions to meet business needs. • Collaborate with operations teams to help design and document metrics that align with strategic objectives and ensure effective use of data. • Manage small-scale projects and requests and assist on medium to large projects using standard project management tools and methodologies. • Support the translation of business requirements into well-designed and validated data solutions that meet organizational goals including assisting in the analysis and validation of data from raw source to data solution. • Provide accurate and complete documentation for all tasks, following industry standards. • Provide support for ETL/ELT/data solutions, including problem analysis, design, implementation, and testing. • Support training and educating users on tools and support upgrades/changes in all phases as well as appropriate data solution administration activities such as on call where necessary. • Build professional skills by maintaining awareness of healthcare environment, platform technology (cloud and on prem), evidence based leadership, and informatics industry trends. In addition, to maintaining the Epic Cogito certification. • Complete projects, requests and work that advance EHR, ERP and/or data skills.

• Partner with the sales team to provide technical leadership to our customers and prospective customers in conjunction with helping our team meet their quarterly sales targets. • Provide presentations to our customers and prospective customers such as whiteboards, product demonstrations, slides, and proof of value outcomes. • Help our customers and prospective customers plan in-depth test plans for showing the value of the Wiz platform in their environment (proof of value). • Invest time in learning new product features, industry related developments, and broadening your overall technical skillset. • Represent Wiz in technical forums such as trade shows, technical meet-ups, and industry events.

• Build and maintain production Slack and Microsoft Teams integrations — including bot interactions, slash commands, message actions, adaptive cards, and real-time event handling via each platform’s APIs and SDKs • Extend platform capabilities across both messaging surfaces, ensuring feature parity, UX consistency, and reliable event processing between Slack and Teams deployments • Design, build, and maintain integrations with third-party systems such as identity providers, ticketing platforms, collaboration tools, and HR systems • Own and evolve Temporal-based integration orchestration workflows for reliable, stateful, and long-running processes • Define and implement scalable integration patterns that can be reused across multiple connectors • Improve integration infrastructure including CI/CD workflows, testing frameworks, and monitoring • Work within a TypeScript monorepo (TurboRepo) to build modular and composable integration services • Implement observability and reliability best practices — metrics, retries, error handling • Partner with customer success and product teams to troubleshoot, optimize, and improve integration behavior in production • Support internal tooling and UI components built with Next.js and React to configure and manage integrations
