Implementation Manager
Premier Inc.
• The Implementation Manager is a leader who motivates and manages the team that installs Premier products • Coordinates internal services dependencies and customer dependencies to ensure that a customer implementation is successful • Facilitates communication between the client and internal team • Manages issues and is responsible for final decisions related to project success • Determines resource allocation and defines project plans • Provides member support by answering questions and troubleshooting issues about data accuracy • Identifies problems and resolutions, manages change throughout the projects • Coordinates regular client meetings and training sessions • Escalates and prioritizes important technological issues on behalf of the client to facilitate resolution
Job Requirements
- 5 or more years of relevant experience in the healthcare industry
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and own their resolutions
- Ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously
- Ability to interact well with customers / strong customer support ethic
- Ability to effectively communicate complex problems internally and externally
- Proven success in information systems implementation and support
- Prior experience implementing or supporting the Epic or Cerner software systems (e.g. Epic certification, Cerner clinical application build, etc.)
- Prior experience implementing products with AI-driven models
- Prior experience in Hospital and/or Professional Billing, Claims, or Revenue Cycle
- Clinical experience (RN, MA, etc.) a plus
- Bachelor’s Degree
