 We are seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to help deliver high-quality, reliable, and scalable products. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply technical, naturally curious, and skilled at finding how software can fail before customers do. You will play a key role in strengthening product quality through hands-on testing, automation, and AI-enabled quality engineering practices. What You’ll Do: - Design and execute test strategies across functional, integration, API, and - end-to-end testing. - Identify risks, edge cases, and failure points through strong exploratory and risk-based testing. - Build and maintain automated test coverage for regression, smoke, and critical user flows. - Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to support continuous quality validation. - Partner closely with Engineering, Product, DevOps, and Security to embed quality throughout the development lifecycle. - Support defect triage, release readiness, and quality risk assessments. - Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, maintenance, analysis, and overall productivity. Qualifications What We’re Looking For: - 5+ years of experience in Software Testing, Quality Engineering, or SDET-related roles. - Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright. - Experience with API testing tools such as Postman or RestAssured. - Familiarity with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI. - Strong understanding of SDLC, test strategy, and Agile development practices. - Proven ability to uncover critical defects and improve quality through both manual and automated testing. - Experience leveraging AI tools to improve quality engineering efficiency and outcomes. Bonus Points For: - Experience with AI-driven testing tools. - Exposure to cloud-native environments such as AWS, Azure, or GCP. - Knowledge of performance testing tools. - Experience with microservices, event-driven systems, or payment platform testing. Fully Remote: This role has been designated as fully remote, meaning it is expected to be performed from a non-Versant, typically an employee’s residence. • Lead development of the validation strategy within the first 30 days of onboarding • Oversee CSA/CSV compliance execution aligned with the customer SDLC and quality procedures • Provide governance, review, and approval of validation lifecycle deliverables (URS, risk assessments, validation plans, specifications, testing artifacts, traceability, and validation summary) • Ensure readiness for formal testing and completeness of change control documentation • Support CMDB governance and provide guidance on validation and testing tools • Monitor KPI adherence including approval cycle time and traceability coverage

• Develop simple and effective solutions, focused on delivering value in an agile and sustainable manner. • Build modern services in Node.js using AWS tools and services. • Ensure development best practices aligned with team standards. • Collaborate actively in the design and implementation of APIs and distributed services. • Provide technical guidance to other developers, fostering teamwork and knowledge sharing. • Participate in code reviews and promote quality and documentation standards. • Communicate clearly and effectively to ensure understanding of solutions and proposals within the team.

• Providing equipment support to customers by providing immediate response and critical support on-site during machine breakdown to achieve the targeted MTTR. • Plan and execute periodic preventive maintenance procedures, implement retrofit / upgradation of equipment whenever necessary to ensure targeted MTBF and machine availability. • Identify opportunities for MKS Equipments, collaborate with global stake holders to provide the best value proposition to meet domestic customer needs and requirements. • Work closely with product management teams, Regional teams, and Tech Centers and implement auxillary equipment strategy to ensure optimum chemistry performance at customers. • Provide necessary training to customer personnel to implement periodic maintenance schedules and resolve breakdowns. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and partners in the region. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and provide insights on market dynamics.
