The Product Quality Engineer for the Airfoil Castings manufacturing process will drive product qualifications and quality improvements for key performance indicators (KPIs) of suppliers within the Airfoil Castings supply chain including quality plan implementation. The PQE, will own supplier First Article Inspection results and drive supplier compliance to Source Substantiation Plans or design intent verification. Provide supplier product release direction when part approval cycles are not complete while also being the internal quality focal for those parts. Collaborate with Supplier Quality, Supplier Quality Operations and New Product Introduction / Management of Change teams as required- this collaboration may include onsite visitation. In this role, you will also understand how the team integrates with other teams outside of Quality to meet short term and long term the business objectives. Role Description Vous participerez à la déclinaison de la stratégie captages départementale ainsi qu'à l'accompagnement technique et méthodologique des animateurs captages des syndicats chargés de l'eau potable. - Contribuer à l'identification et à la mise en place des leviers incitatifs (MAEC, PSE...) et réglementaires (ZSCE...) innovants pour encourager les changements des pratiques agricoles. - Établir et assurer le suivi des actions conduites sur les aires d'alimentation des captages de Pentvert et des Petites Ganches. - Participer activement à la définition et à la mise en œuvre du plan de contrôle « pollutions diffuses » du service, dans le cadre du programme d'actions nitrates. Liaison hiérarchique : Sous l'autorité hiérarchique du chef d'unité. Au sein de l'équipe Pollutions diffuses constituée de 2 agents, vous contribuerez à la prévention des pollutions diffuses des ressources en eau potable. - Relations internes : nombreux échanges avec les autres unités du Service eau et environnement (milieux aquatiques, biodiversité...) et avec le service en charge de l'économie agricole de la DDT. - Relations externes : nombreux échanges avec les syndicats d'eau potable, les deux animateurs « captages prioritaires », les organismes professionnels agricoles et les exploitants agricoles. - Collaboration étroite avec l'Agence de l'Eau, l'Agence Régionale de Santé, le Conseil Régional et l'Office Français de la Biodiversité. Qualifications - Motivation par les sujets concernant les relations entre la qualité de l'eau et l'agriculture. - Profil technique et/ou des connaissances agronomiques et réglementaires. - Maîtrise des outils SIG serait un plus.
