Technical Service Analyst

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email and chatbots, ensuring prompt, high-quality service; • Open, process, track and close service orders using Salesforce; • Communicate and dispatch service orders to field service engineers strategically, accurately and in a timely manner; • Monitor on-site service execution, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met; • Ensure all records comply with healthcare regulatory requirements and internal policies, maintaining full traceability; • Schedule preventive and corrective maintenance throughout the lifecycle of medical devices, in accordance with applicable legislation; • Support the shipment of parts and maintenance kits, tracking logistics via SAP; • Record and maintain traceability of calibration and monitoring tools, supporting logistical planning with suppliers; • Actively participate in special projects and continuous improvement initiatives, contributing to process and team development.

Job Requirements

  • Technical or higher education (completed or in progress) in administration, operations, business, healthcare or related fields;
  • Experience or interest in customer service, service operations or technical support;
  • Good verbal and written communication skills;
  • Organized, with a sense of urgency and a focus on problem resolution;
  • Ability to work collaboratively and customer-oriented;
  • Basic level of English.
