• Contribute to the long-term strategy and roadmap for the ServiceNow platform. • Support architectural decisions and provide insight for new and complex projects. • Serve as the designated SME for modules and processes within DaVita's ServiceNow environment. • Support the end-to-end design and implementation of high-profile projects such as an HRSD implementation. • Drive AI enablement initiatives within the ServiceNow platform using NowAssist to improve user experience and operational efficiency. • Oversee and support complex integrations related to enterprise service delivery. • Ensure the stability and performance of critical business processes on the platform, providing Tier 3 support and resolving complex issues. • Serve as a key teammate for identifying and resolving root causes of systemic issues. • Work with architects and other engineers to focus on long-term strategy and large project efforts. • Provide guidance, code reviews, knowledge sharing, and mentorship to developers and administrators. • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet business needs.

• People Management: Recruit, hire, train, and manage the performance of direct reports, including Systems Analysts and Developers. • Resource Allocation: Assign daily tasks and development stories to teammates based on capacity and skill sets. • Delivery Management: Partner with the Technical Product Manager to translate roadmap priorities into actionable sprints. • Platform Maintenance: Own the schedule of critical platform maintenance activities, including instance upgrades, patching, cloning, and database cleanup. • Continuous Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in the development lifecycle and implement process improvements to increase team efficiency and code quality.

• Develop, configure, and maintain solutions within the HRSD and ITSM modules. • Implement and support AI capabilities using NowAssist to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. • Build custom applications, workflows, and integrations to meet business requirements. • Handle operational catalog item changes, manage update sets, and perform routine platform maintenance. • Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 support, troubleshooting and resolving defects and incidents. • Ensure the stability and performance of critical business processes on the platform. • Collaborate with Senior Developers and Engineers to execute on the platform roadmap. • Partner with business analysts and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Participate in Agile processes, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. • Document technical designs, processes, and user guides.
