• Lead the research and development of novel algorithms for motion planning in autonomous driving, including but not limited to advanced search-based methods, sophisticated geometry-based methods, and decision making under uncertainty with a strong emphasis on probabilistic approaches. • Architect and integrate complex combinations of motion planning and prediction algorithms, driving their evaluation and refinement for real-world deployment. • Design and build a robust, scalable, and high-performance codebase that facilitates rapid exploration, prototyping, and rigorous evaluation of innovative motion planning approaches and algorithms. • Drive technical collaboration and interface seamlessly with perception and prediction components upstream and trajectory optimization, tracking and control components downstream, ensuring end-to-end system performance. • Leverage your deep software development and research expertise to teach others better software practices and principles, fostering a culture of technical excellence. • Guide and mentor junior team members, cultivating a culture of product-focused engineering, rigorous research, and advanced development.

• Pre-sales discovery: Lead structured sessions with PMOs, IT, security and business owners to map PMLC, governance checkpoints, and the project toolchain (e.g. Microsoft Project, Planner, Jira, Smartsheet, and PPM suites). • Document current state and desired state. • Produce a summary that includes a recommended pilot scope, integration approach, data flows, access and compliance notes, and a risk and effort matrix. • Post-sales operationalization: Build plans covering environments, access, data onboarding, controls, success metrics, and exit criteria. • Work with customer IT to implement, configure and validate connectors and data paths, and create reusable checklists. • Write runbooks for day-to-day operations, incident handling, permissioning, and change management. • Train project managers, PMO analysts, and sponsors with clear materials, recordings, quick references, and office hours. • Track adoption with a lightweight scorecard. • Partner across Coworked: Work directly with the CEO and product to translate customer needs into repeatable capabilities, templates, and integrations. • Capture field feedback that sharpens Harmony’s tone, behaviors, and interaction patterns so every touchpoint feels consistent and human.

• Build working prototypes of developer surfaces, tooling integrations, and applications on top of open source AI infrastructure — with a bias toward shipping something real in days, not weeks • Work with coding agents and AI-assisted development tools as a core part of your workflow — not as a novelty, but as the way you operate • Translate concepts, framing documents, and strategy ideas into demonstrations that can anchor a conversation, a community event, or a piece of content • Collaborate closely with the social media and community team so that what you build is legible and shareable — demos that developers can understand and react to, not just screenshot • Contribute to Mozilla's open source repositories and work in the open; your code should be something the community can fork, extend, and learn from • Stay close to the open source AI ecosystem — know what's being built, what's broken, and where a working prototype can surface a real gap or opportunity • Help evaluate and opine on open source AI tools, stacks, and developer surfaces through the lens of someone who's actually tried to build on them

Pay range: The full pay range for this role is $17.93 to $29.90 per hour. The target pay for this position is $22.00 to $25.00 per hour. Summary: Responsible for researching, designing and building overarching approach/strategy for application of Artificial Intelligence in Engineering, Procurement and Construction processes, specifications and commercial approaches. This is a 12- week remote internship. Responsibilities - Work with EPC & Technical Services stakeholders to design roadmap/approach for use of Artificial Intelligence in application of Engineering, Procurement and Construction; - Perform market analysis on how competitors are using Artificial Intelligence in evaluation of technologies and/or Levelized Cost of Energy; - Establish approach on how EDF power solutions leaders of Engineering, Procurement and Construction organizations can optimize technical specifications using Artificial Intelligence; - Draft Summaries of findings and report to VP, EPC & TS on a monthly basis (sometime more frequency); - Other duties as assigned. Qualifications - Must be able to work well with geographically disperse, cross functional teams and to coordinate with project developers, engineering, strategic procurement, construction, and other key EPC & TS stakeholders. - Must have proven organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple concurrent projects and track progress and needs of each project and provide accurate and timely updates. - Advanced experience with Microsoft Office Suite, with emphasis on MS Excel and MS PowerPoint. - Experience with more advance modeling tools encouraged but not required. Education/Experience: - Pursuing a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Supply Chain Management, or Technology discipline with related technical experience. - 3rd Year Undergrad or greater Skills/Knowledge/Abilities: - Requires in-depth knowledge of the renewable energy industry, experience in negotiations, attention to contractual details, and ability to perform quantitative and qualitative analysis in the context of technology deployment. Physical Requirements: - Must be able to sit or stand at computer for a reasonable length of time typing and reading. Regularly required to walk or stand. Working Conditions: - 90% of the time is spent in the office environment, utilizing computers (frequent use of MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel), with the remaining 10% of the time spent travelling to visit the San Diego office.
