Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application development, reporting, or systems support.
- Hands-on experience developing applications using C# and/or VB.NET.
- Working knowledge of SQL Server, including Transact-SQL.
- Experience collaborating with business partners to gather, clarify, and document requirements.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems and manage multiple priorities.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with ASP.NET web applications or web services (preferred).
- Familiarity with data integration tools such as SSIS or Scribe (preferred).
- Exposure to financial or accounting systems such as Great Plains or Dynamics (preferred).
- Understanding of database administration concepts including security, backup, and recovery (preferred).
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (preferred).

Job Description: The RCO Revenue Integrity Analyst II is responsible for appropriate charge capture, assigned account, claim edits and/or charge edits for an assigned service line. This position will monitor and support the maintenance of consistent charge capture or charge edits to ensure regulatory compliance and revenue optimization for assigned service line(s). This position will support the development and management of integrated charge capture workflows in partnership with senior analysts and leadership, working closely with the clinical and clinical application teams.Please note that a video interview through Microsoft Teams will be required as well as potential onsite interviews and meetings. Role Description This position is located in the United States Department of Labor (Department or DOL), Employment and Training Administration (ETA), Office of Foreign Labor Certification (OFLC).
