Location: Remote (Colombia) Schedule: Full-Time, Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Colombia Time) Type: Contracted | Full-Time Level: Mid Level Prior legal experience working with U.S. law firms and/or domestic legal settings required. Fluency in English and Spanish required. Position Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented Discovery Paralegal to conduct investigations, gather evidence, and support legal strategy for U.S. personal injury cases. You will interview witnesses, analyze case information, and maintain organized documentation for attorney review. Key Responsibilities - Conduct fact-finding investigations using online databases, public records, and other resources. - Interview witnesses, clients, and relevant parties with strong interpersonal skills. - Analyze and synthesize information from investigations, identifying relevance to legal strategy. - Maintain meticulous records of findings, organizing evidence for attorney review. - Use investigative tools and case management software to track case progress. - Uphold ethical conduct and confidentiality standards. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred. - Experience gathering evidence and conducting investigations in a legal setting. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Spanish. - Proficiency with investigative tools, databases, and case management software. - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. - Experience with tools like LexisNexis or Clio is a plus.
