Follow us on Glassdoor and LinkedIn! The Client Sales Executive will work closely with Alkami's existing bank and credit union customers in the East region. In this role you will be responsible for identifying sale opportunities, driving renewals, and fostering strong relationships with the financial institutions key stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of SaaS software and/or financial services and the banking industry, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for driving digital transformation within financial institutions. while focusing on the customer experience. Key Responsibilities & Duties: - Collaborate with Alkami's existing bank and credit union customers to understand their current and future digital banking strategies, goals and pain points - Drive strategic alignment and collaboration with existing clients within your territory, with the - intent to become active participants in their success. - Identify upsell opportunities for existing clients within assigned territory, working closely with product, account management and partner relationship teams to develop tailored solutions - Partner with account management team to conduct regularly business reviews with customers to assess their progress, address concerns, and identify opportunities for improvement - Drive customer renewals by demonstrating the value, benefits, and success of the overall Alkami partnership, platform, and vision. - Stay up to date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to effectively position our products and services - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop sales collateral, case studies, and other materials to support customer engagements - Build and maintain strong relationships, virtual and in-person, with key decision makers and stakeholders within assigned territory - Meet or exceed sales targets consistently striving for customer satisfaction - Create, develop and maintain an accurate sales forecast - Collaborate and guide Client Sales and Success team members Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience - 8+ years proven sales experience, directly supporting a quota - Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - Exceptional relationship building and networking skills - Self motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team - Maintain high ethical standard and determination to succeed - Willingness to travel as needed to meet with customers (25-50%) Desired Skills: ● Proven track record of success in sales within the banking or financial services industry ● In-depth knowledge of digital banking products, services, and industry trends ● Strong business acumen and understanding of the needs and challenges faced by banks and credit unions ● Proficient in Google Suite, Salesforce and other sales tools The salary range for this position is: $132,000 - $150,000 + Commissions Cool Things to Know Not Just Any Company: Alkami has an awesome diverse and inclusive environment.
