• Day-to-day management of multiple studies with a focus on qualitative research • Actively manage all aspects of each project to ensure successful completion • Manage qualitative projects through the entire project life cycle • Facilitate screening, scheduling, and confirming of respondents • Setup and testing of survey/screener, monitoring statistics • Coordinate project kickoff meetings to ensure project specifications are understood • Provide regular updates and progress reports on recruitment status • Proactively identify potential fielding concerns and issues • Manage relationships with vendors for accurate and timely deliverables • Manage study profitability by monitoring project costs • Provide guidance and mentoring to Market Research Project Management team members
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred
- 2-3 years of experience in Market Research
- Self-motivated individual with exceptional time management and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple qualitative projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Very strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Outlook, and Word
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment

• Lead Northstar Recycling’s Waste and Recycling equipment strategy, procurement, vendor partnerships, and lifecycle management • Improve speed-to-installation, increasing gross profit, optimizing cash flow, reducing risk, and strengthening client presentation through disciplined equipment management • Own Waste and Recycling equipment sourcing strategy and vendor relationships • Negotiate pricing, rate sheets, and terms to improve gross profit and vendor performance • Lead equipment contracting processes, including client and vendor-facing templates and agreements • Serve as internal SME on equipment types, applications, and best-fit solutions (lease vs. own, use case selection) • Oversee equipment proposals, ensuring correct language, terms, and timelines • Drive project coordination from proposal approval through installation to reduce days-to-installation • Partner with Finance to improve cash flow through aligned client/vendor payment terms and billing SOPs • Manage equipment repair approvals, escalation support, and provider networks with standardized repair rates • Maintain internal equipment inventory and oversee logistics for Northstar-owned equipment, including decommissioning and storage • Support growth initiatives through equipment partnerships that expand service capabilities • Develop training resources and lead at least two internal trainings annually on equipment processes • Build and maintain equipment database for information storage and management
