• Lead complex pre-sales engagements, including discovery, architecture design, solution positioning, and technical validation. • Act as a trusted advisor to IT practitioners, engineers, architects, and senior leaders by translating business objectives into secure, resilient, and scalable architectures. • Deliver compelling technical demonstrations and executive-level presentations that clearly articulate business value, cyber risk reduction, and operational outcomes. • Demonstrate Veeam Proof-of-Value (POV) to organizations, aligned to customer success criteria and driving positive business outcomes. • Collaborate with customers and partners to define architectural strategies supporting data resilience, ransomware recovery, compliance, and hybrid-cloud adoption. • Create tailored proposals and contribute to enterprise-scale RFP and RFx responses. • Maintain strong awareness of industry trends, emerging threats, and competitive positioning to effectively represent Veeam in enterprise discussions. • Partner closely with sales, product management, engineering, and ecosystem partners to influence solution architecture and product direction.

• Design, build, configure, and maintain information systems and integrations in alignment with architectural standards and business requirements • Analyze moderately complex to complex system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement sustainable solutions • Lead technical solution design for assigned initiatives, ensuring reliability, security, scalability, and performance • Develop and support system interfaces, workflows, automation, and monitoring capabilities • Execute system upgrades, enhancements, and migrations with minimal disruption to operations • Partner with product owners, business analysts, and cross‑functional IT teams to translate requirements into technical designs • Serve as a subject matter expert for assigned platforms or services • Communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences • Participate in design reviews, architecture discussions, and change management processes • Ensure systems meet operational, security, and compliance requirements • Create and maintain technical documentation, operational runbooks, and support procedures • Participate in on‑call rotations, incident response, and post‑incident reviews as required • Identify opportunities to improve system stability, efficiency, and supportability • Provide informal technical guidance and mentoring to junior engineers • Contribute to engineering standards, reusable components, and best practices • Stay current with emerging technologies and recommend improvements aligned to business strategy.

• Develop engineering studies, plans, specifications, calculations, evaluations, design documents, and performance assessments associated with the planning, design, licensing, construction, operation, and maintenance of the company SCADA system used for electric grid monitoring, protection, and control • Monitor, support, and maintain the day-to-day operations of the SCADA systems across the fleet • Proactively identify SCADA system issues leveraging tools to monitor the health of the system • Troubleshoot and fix SCADA system issues • Document and report out on these issues • Design, develop, modify, and evaluate systems, processes, or facilities to support company objectives • Perform routine maintenance of SCADA systems such as updates and patches • Find areas of improvement in SCADA systems/business processes and implement the solutions • Interface with various parties such as the OCC, Asset Management, O&M, etc. and respond to their requests or tickets • Provide on call support per the departments on call schedule • Determine methods and techniques for obtaining results • Recommend alternative engineering solutions to management to meet business needs • Deliver on commitments and manage outside engineering services to accomplish the assigned work
