Enterprise Solutions Engineer
NinjaOne
• Own the full pre-sales technical experience for enterprise accounts—guiding prospects through evaluation, product demos, architecture design, and proof-of-concept stages • Collaborate closely with Account Executives and Sales Leadership to drive growth and align technical value to business goals • Partner with onboarding and Customer Success teams to accelerate time-to-value and ensure long-term adoption success • Support the review and alignment of technical content within RFPs and RFIs without owning full proposal management • Serve as a strategic voice between Sales and Product—surfacing feedback, identifying feature gaps, and influencing roadmap direction • Build and maintain reusable technical assets including lab environments, demo flows, battlecards, and scripts to support a scalable AE-to-SE model • Represent NinjaOne at enterprise-facing industry events, conferences, and customer forums • Help shape the future of the Enterprise SE function as a founding member of the team, contributing to playbooks, processes, and cross-functional alignment
Job Requirements
- 10+ years in a pre-sales engineering, solutions architecture, or technical consulting role supporting enterprise B2B SaaS customers
- Proficiency in Windows environments (registry, services, performance troubleshooting)
- Familiarity with Linux/macOS systems and basic command-line troubleshooting
- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including DNS, VPNs, firewalls, and endpoint protections
- Hands-on experience with RMM tools, ITSM platforms, and endpoint lifecycle management
- Scripting experience in PowerShell, JavaScript, &/or VBScript is strongly preferred
- Experience with Salesforce, Jira, Highspot, or equivalent systems is required.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required. Technical certifications (e.g., CISSP, Security+, cloud architecture) are a plus
