The Role: The Sustainability Associate is the one who ensures that sustainable procedures are followed in the facility. They monitor compliance and report news, compliance or deviations, and the information necessary to achieve sustainability objectives. Responsibilities: - Walk through CookUnity’s facilities to ensure that sustainable procedures are followed as they should. - Classify, weigh, and dispose of Food Waste (donations/compost/garbage/family meals). - Condition and prepare Food Waste for donations or for internal use (back to market). - Daily walks through the facility (kitchens, green stations, fulfilment, market) and complete the DAILY AUDIT BIN FORM to detect any contamination. - Monthly Sustainability Audit form, Assist to the review meetings with the Sustainability team and comply with the corrective actions to improve the final score. - Coordinate DONATIONS pick up with the Non-profit organization we work with. - Dispose of COMPOSTABLE materials correctly. - Give feedback to the people in the everyday work to accomplish Sustainability standards (Create Sustainable behavior). - Support people as a Green Leader “Go green”. - Ensure Correct Waste Disposal in all kitchens - Ensure all supplies to correct waste diversion (Stickers, posters, bins) - Coordinate with the cleaning team to keep the Green Stations clean and in order. - Team up with OPS for the success of the Sustainability Programs. Minimum Requirements:   - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. - Computer skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. - Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work in a physically demanding environment. Title: Commercial Credit Underwriter (1 million to 10 million commitments) Job Description: Location: 4910 Tiedeman Road, Brooklyn Ohio Job Summary The Commercial Credit Underwriter (1mm- 10mm commitments) is an individual contributor experienced in, and responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting various types of credit information on existing and prospective customers to determine credit worthiness. While under supervision of Underwriting Team Leaders, the Commercial Credit Underwriter assists in structuring new requests for extensions of credit, as well as completing extensions, renewals and making recommendations for deteriorating credits while independently managing their workflow and communication with field partners. Commercial Credit Underwriter are responsible for assessing the degree of risk within a given business and recommending client credit solutions to maintain the bank's asset quality while ensuring compliance with credit policy and guidelines. Commercial Credit Underwriters are required to make loan decisions within an assigned lending authority and provide educated, well-thought-out recommendations when higher-level approval is needed. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location.
