Job Requirements

  • At least 5 years of development experience with Python
  • Experience deploying ML/AI solutions into production
  • Strong knowledge of RAG systems (chunking, indexing, retrieval)
  • Experience with Databricks, MLflow and Unity Catalog
  • Familiarity with both classical and modern ML delivery (MLOps) patterns
  • Involvement in the design and operation of multi-user platforms
  • Comfortable working with Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CI/CD, identity and secrets management
  • Strong focus on security and data governance
  • Fluent communication in English
