Our mission is to help providers achieve their financial and independent goals while ensuring client satisfaction. - Provide service and customer support during field visits or dispatches. - Tie workflow to schedule. - Manage all on-site installation, repair, maintenance, and test tasks. - Diagnose errors or technical problems and determine proper solutions. - Produce timely and detailed service reports. - Document processes. - Operate vehicle safely and use field automation systems. - Follow all the company’s filed procedures and protocols. - Cooperate with the technical team and share information across the organization. - Comprehend customer requirements and make appropriate recommendations/briefings. - Build positive relationships with customers. Qualifications - Proven field service experience. - Ability to troubleshoot, test, repair, and service technical equipment. - English literacy. - Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing work schedules. - Familiarity with mobile tools and applications. - Technical degree or certification. Requirements - All providers must go through a third-party background check only after confirmation for a job. - Each provider will go through etiquette training to ensure friendly and well-mannered service. - Requires working from detailed instructions and occasional independent decision-making. - Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals.
