• Wir suchen dich – einen motivierten und leidenschaftlichen DevOps Cloud Engineer. • Du unterstützt unsere Kund*innen bei der Entwicklung und Betreuung der betrieblichen Infrastruktur (Git, GitOps, Kubernetes, Linux, Apache, Java-Webanwendungen). • Als Allrounder in einem crossfunktionalen Team entwickelst du Features in allen Bereichen der Infrastruktur, Anwendung und Cloud-Umgebung. • Du bist aktiv am gesamten Entwicklungsprozess beteiligt und optimierst die CI/CD-Pipeline basierend auf GitLab CI, Kubernetes und Cloud-Services. • Du führst Code Reviews und Pair Programming durch, um die Qualität zu verbessern und Know-How zu verteilen. • Du gestaltest und implementierst Cloud-Strategien und -Architekturen, um die Skalierbarkeit und Zuverlässigkeit unserer Anwendungen zu gewährleisten. • Du überwachst und optimierst die Performance und Sicherheit der Cloud-Umgebungen unserer Kund*innen.
Job Requirements
- Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informatik.
- Erfahrung im Design und der Implementierung von DevOps-Prozessen, idealerweise in agilen Softwareentwicklungsprojekten.
- Praktische Erfahrungen mit den Technologien Linux, Container (OCI / Docker), CI/CD (GitLab, Jenkins), Git, Ansible und Cloud-Plattformen (z.B. AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Idealerweise verfügst du über Kenntnisse in der Administration von Java-Webanwendungen und Cloud-Services.
- Du hast Lust auf agiles Arbeiten sowie Motivation, dich kontinuierlich mit neuen Technologien und Trends, insbesondere im Bereich Cloud, auseinanderzusetzen.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mind. C1).

Position Summary 6+ years of Salesforce DevOps experience, preferably with tools such as Copado, AutoRabit, etc., demonstrating a strong automation-first mindset and experience working within a large-scale Salesforce ecosystem supporting multiple federated product and engineering teams Required Qualifications - Lead and execute Salesforce code deployments for releases, including care, maintenance, and governance of all Salesforce environments (sandboxes), aligned with the CIBTD (Continuous Integration, Build, Test & Deployment) framework on the Salesforce Enterprise Service Platform. - Directly support and guide multiple application development teams operating on a multi‑program, federated Salesforce development platform. - Maintain and manage code across multiple Salesforce environments, ensuring consistency, stability, and deployment readiness. - Demonstrate a strong understanding of version control using Git, including branching strategies, merging, and build configuration. - Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Platform capabilities, including Unlocked Packages, SFDX, Apex, Lightning, and Vlocity. - Exhibit mastery of advanced Git operations, such as conflict resolution, cherry‑picking, rebasing, and re‑baselining code. - Design, implement new , and manage existing CI/CD pipelines using one or more leading DevOps and automation tools. - Set up, integrate, and support security code‑scanning tools such as Snyk, Checkmarx, ApexPMD, SonarQube, and similar platforms. - Integrate the DevOps pipeline with automated test suites, ensuring tests are triggered post‑deployment for every release. - Advocate for and automate manual deployment steps, continuously improving release efficiency, reliability, and repeatability. - Take ownership of DevOps pipeline architecture, driving continuous improvement through proactive identification of gaps and optimization opportunities. - Work independently while demonstrating strong collaboration and communication skills, partnering effectively with large onsite and offshore engineering teams Preferred Qualifications Certified Salesforce Platform Developer 1 Required Certified in Salesforce Devops Product like Copado, AutoRabit, etc Platform App builder will be a plus. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
