• Facilitate Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives • Act as a servant leader to Agile teams, removing impediments and ensuring smooth workflow • Collaborate with product owners to maintain a well-groomed and prioritized backlog • Track and communicate team progress using Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) • Support teams in delivering high-quality products within defined timelines • Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement across teams • Identify risks and dependencies and proactively work toward resolution • Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment on goals and deliverables
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in Agile environments
- Strong understanding of Agile frameworks such as Scrum and/or Kanban
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with Agile tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM, PSM, or equivalent) (preferred)
- Experience working with distributed or global teams (preferred)
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (preferred)
- Background in software development or project management (preferred)
