Duel is a protest against everything wrong in gambling. The purest, fairest casino ever built. The Vatican of gamba. We're waging holy war on scammers, fake bets, and dark patterns; and we need someone to build the math that makes provably fair games actually work. The role You own the numbers behind every original game we ship. RTP, volatility, hit frequency, pay tables, bonus mechanics, all of it. Duel runs at 99.9–100% RTP. That means the math has to be perfect. There's no fat margin to hide behind. Every model you build will be provably fair and publicly verifiable, which means every model you build has to be bulletproof. This isn't tweaking pay tables on someone else's slot. You're designing the mathematical foundations of games that have never existed before. What you'll do - Design and validate game math models for original Duel slots and house games - Define RTP, variance, hit rates, pay tables, and bonus round mechanics - Simulate millions of rounds to stress-test every edge case before anything ships - Work directly with game designers and engineers to translate math into playable experiences - Model extreme variance scenarios - at near-zero edge, the tails matter more than anywhere else - Ensure all game math is compatible with provably fair verification - Analyse live game performance against theoretical models and flag drift - Contribute to PvP and prediction market mechanics where probability modelling is needed What you'll need - Proven experience as a slot mathematician or game mathematician in iGaming - Deep command of probability theory, statistics, and combinatorial analysis - Experience building and validating PAR sheets and simulation models - Comfortable working at ultra-high RTP: you understand what near-zero edge does to variance and exposure - Proficient in simulation tools and scripting (CUDA, Rust, or similar) - Understanding of provably fair systems and how game math interacts with cryptographic verification - Meticulous. At these margins, a rounding error is a crisis. Come build the math behind the fairest games ever made.
