Overview Role Summary: The Analyst will be responsible for supporting third-party sellers to optimize marketplace performance on JCP Platform. This role focuses on seller onboarding, performance optimization, issue resolution, and strategic support to enhance seller success and marketplace growth. Key Responsibilities: - Seller Evaluation, Onboarding & Support - Guide new sellers through onboarding, item setup, and catalog optimization. - Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and listing standards. - Provide proactive support to resolve seller issues and improve experience. - Performance Analysis & Optimization - Monitor seller performance metrics (GMV, conversion, fulfillment, etc.). - Analyze traffic, sales, and operational data to identify growth opportunities. - Recommend actions to improve discoverability, offer quality, and account health. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Tech, Customer Success) to streamline seller operations. - Maintain scalable support systems and documentation. - Support business development efforts by identifying high-potential sellers. - Contribute to marketplace strategy through insights and feedback loops. - Advocate for seller needs and platform enhancements. Qualifications: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field. - 3–5 years of experience in marketplace operations, seller support, or analytics. - Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. - Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment. The Reimbursement Analyst is a middle level analytical position responsible for all aspects of provider reimbursement. This includes establishing and maintaining compensation rates for hospitals, physicians, and ancillary services. Knowledge of fee schedules, case rates, per-diems, RUG III, as well as any other reimbursement methodology is required. This role is Hybrid and will require 3 days onsite Responsibilities: - Work with Reimbursement Specialist in developing / negotiating reimbursement rates for new providers. Including accurate, easy to understand analysis of the negotiated rates. - Monitor and review new pricing configuration to assure the provider is pricing accurately as contracted.
