Labcorp is seeking a remote Senior UI Developer (Angular) to join our team. Work Schedule Candidate is required to follow the work schedule of 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM IST. Job Responsibilities - Develop modern and fast single page Angular applications that address unique and complex business challenges. - Write well-structured, high-quality code and adhere to best practices for web development. - Make independent design and coding decisions for Angular projects driven by industry standards and best practices. - Actively implement AI-driven development practices (e.g., automated code generation, intelligent refactoring, and AI-assisted debugging) to accelerate delivery cycles. - Perform code and design reviews, ensuring the team adheres to best practices in Test-Driven Development (TDD) and clean code architecture. - Partner with UX Designers, Product Managers, and Backend Engineers to translate wireframes into scalable, reusable component libraries. - Work with complex business integrations, elicit requirements, and implement the user interface (UI) as part of an integrated and agile development team. - Contribute to the evolution of Labcorp software solutions and ensure that we meet our internal and external clients' requirements. - Deliver functional prototypes, reusable and shared UI components, advanced scripting solutions, and implementations of application UIs. Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or similar - Minimum 5 years of experience as a UI Developer - 3 – 4 years developing Angular applications - 3+ years of experience in building sophisticated, responsive, and dynamic UIs using Angular, TypeScript, RxJS, and modern front-end patterns - 1+ years of experience or of knowledge of AI-driven development in the Software Development Lifecycle - 3+ years of experience with UI testing frameworks, writing unit test cases using tools like Jasmine and Karma - 2+ years of working knowledge of highly efficient RDBMS SQL Preferred Qualifications - 2+ years of experience with cloud computing platforms AWS or Azure - 2+ years of experience utilizing AI tools like Cursor or Claude Code to implement production-ready software - 2+ years of experience designing and integrating API contracts - 2+ years of experience building data-driven application architecture - 1+ years of working knowledge with NoSQL implementations - 2+ years of experience or working knowledge of Clinical healthcare or lab systems. Additional Job Standards - Ability to follow established processes, SOPs, and regulatory requirements throughout the software lifecycle - Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. - Strong documentation skills for development artifacts - Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, processes, and SDLC practices - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Self-managed with strong ownership of development deliverables - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to coordinate effectively between IT teams and business stakeholders to ensure alignment on testing activities. • Build and deploy new website pages, landing pages, and microsites using WordPress page builders (Elementor is our primary tool; WP Bakery on legacy sites) • Execute full site redesigns and template development within WordPress, including global styles, header/footer, and reusable section templates • Ensure all pages are fully responsive across desktop, tablet, and mobile breakpoints • Troubleshoot and resolve layout issues, broken elements, carousel/slider bugs, and font rendering problems • Write custom CSS and basic HTML/JavaScript to extend page builder capabilities beyond default settings • Manage the make-live and staging-to-production workflow across multiple client sites • Maintain mobile navigation structures (including dropdown/mega menu development) • Lay out blog posts following established client brand templates (high volume - typically 15–25 blog posts per month across all accounts) • Create email newsletters and campaign emails with proper dark mode compatibility and cross-client rendering based on supplied design and branding • Create and update data visualization elements (charts, comparison tables) within client websites • Build web-based calculators and interactive tools (examples: ROI calculators, cost estimators, maintenance planners) • Implement and test forms across landing pages and campaign pages • Execute SEO-related edits (meta updates, alt text, heading structure, internal linking fixes) • Update conference/event site content including schedules, speaker pages, registration flows, and sponsor carousels • Participate in daily production standup meetings (15–30 min) • Manage task queues across 12–15 simultaneous client accounts • Communicate progress and blockers proactively via team collaboration tools • Follow established brand guidelines and design standards for each client
