• Lead Generation (System-Driven): Learn and effectively use broadband.cai-sol.com to identify qualified leads • Validate and enhance leads using Google and online research • Outbound Sales & Customer Engagement: Conduct cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach • Use a consultative sales approach to understand customer needs and present the right solution • Product Sales: Promote and position: Dedicated Fiber Internet (DFI), Secure Dedicated Fiber (SDFI), Enterprise Internet (EI), Wireless Internet & Spectrum services (business + residential) • Customer Experience: Build rapport through active listening, professionalism, and clear communication • Ensure a smooth and positive experience from first contact to meeting hand-off • Meeting Setup & Pipeline Management: Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for the U.S. sales team • Maintain accurate updates in Harvest CRM • Reporting: Submit daily activity logs and weekly performance summaries
Job Requirements
- 1–3+ years in outbound sales / SDR / call center roles
- Strong customer handling and communication skills
- Proven ability in cold calling and objection handling
- Ability to quickly learn internal systems and workflows
- Experience with LinkedIn outreach and Google-based research
- Comfortable using AI tools for productivity
- Neutral English accent preferred
- Ability to work U.S. business hours
