Customer Service Representative
AnswerAide
• receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls • listening attentively and collecting customer data • providing basic information about the services and support • taking accurate notes and detailed messages • helping schedule appointments for customers • processing orders and payments • ensuring all calls are documented and reported
Job Requirements
- A resident of AL, FL, GA, or TX
- Ability to type 40+ words per minute with minimal errors
- Ability to follow instructions
- Must be able to multitask (talk, type, and follow scripting verbatim)
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong computer skills
- Being bilingual is not required, but a plus
