• Lead end-to-end project delivery for reporting and extract migration from mainframe systems to cloud or data lake environments, including the development and management of project plans, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies. • Facilitate cross-functional communication and coordination between technical teams, business units, and leadership to maintain project momentum and clarity. • Conduct detailed sessions with business stakeholders to understand reporting, extract, and downstream data needs. • Work closely with data engineers, solution architects, and delivery teams to ensure requirements are accurately captured and implemented. • Apply Agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban, to drive sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery milestones. • Proactively identify and manage project risks, issues, dependencies, and mitigation strategies. • Oversee quality assurance and monitor solution performance in collaboration with technical leads. • Ensure the creation and maintenance of key project documents, including plans, timelines, milestones, reports, and dashboards. • Support the Railroad Commission of Texas's regulatory obligations in the Oil, Gas, and Energy sector through disciplined delivery and documentation practices.

• Drive end-to-end delivery of complex, cross-functional projects spanning customer onboarding, identity verification, KYC/AML workflows, and compliance tooling. • Build and maintain custom automations, integrations, and reporting pipelines using the Atlassian REST API and/or MCP. • Design and deploy multi-system workflow automations connecting Jira, Confluence, and third-party tools. • Coordinate technical integration of third-party KYC, sanctions screening, and identity providers. • Maintain ongoing capacity planning visibility model sprint and quarterly team bandwidth. • Design and deploy AI-assisted workflows that reduce manual overhead across compliance operations. • Build and manage project plans, roadmaps, dashboards, and release timelines.

• Serve as the primary client interface, leading scope development, proposal support, issue resolution, and long-term client relationship management • Lead the planning and execution of multi-discipline capital projects, ensuring delivery within budget, schedule, and contractual requirements • Direct and manage project teams, subcontractors, and vendors; anticipate staffing needs and provide performance feedback • Manage project scope, including documentation and execution of approved changes • Coordinate procurement of equipment, materials, and installation services, including bid evaluation and contract awards • Partner with construction management to support installation, technical check-out, and start-up activities; coordinate OEMs and contractors as needed • Develop and promote adherence to project-specific safety plans and applicable Foth and client safety standards • Identify execution efficiencies and support business development opportunities through strong project delivery • Travel as required (approximately 25–35%)
