• Convert interested companies raising capital to StartEngine clients. • Develop and execute strategy to increase existing business and capture new opportunities. • Develop book of business partially derived from one’s own lead generation efforts. • Leverage connections to access high-potential companies. • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with company's mission statement. • Track and publish weekly reports using quantitative results.
Job Requirements
- FINRA registration is HIGHLY preferred as you will be under our broker/dealer (Series 7,63).
- Experience self generating leads / sourcing.
- Finance experience a MUST.
- Sales experience in a closing role.
- Experience in the financial sector required.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative, team-driven, and high energy environment.
- Results oriented with the ability to meet/exceed department metrics/measures.
- Level headed problem solver with a professional service oriented attitude.
- Outstanding communication skills both verbal and written.
- BA/BS degree.
