• Qualify leads by assessing their potential to become customers based on predefined criteria. • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and closers according to both parties' availability. • Conduct follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and ensure they progress through the sales funnel. • Use marketing and sales automation tools to manage leads and track interactions. • Participate in daily alignment meetings to keep the team informed about goals, strategies, and challenges. • Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, response times, and campaign effectiveness.
Job Requirements
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with sales frameworks such as SPIN, BANT, and GPCT.
- Ability to quickly learn new concepts.
- Comfortable working with technology.
- Experience with the Meetime platform.
- Previous experience as an SDR or in sales (preferred).
- Knowledge of sales automation tools (preferred).
- Experience working at a SaaS startup (preferred).

• Be the first point of contact for inbound leads — understand their needs and kick off the qualification process • Qualify leads from various sources (website, product trials, etc.) to determine fit and readiness to speak with an Account Executive • Schedule high-quality meetings between decision-makers and our sales team • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and pipeline status in our CRM • Collaborate with marketing to ensure lead quality and provide feedback to improve our process • Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but aren’t yet ready to move forward • Regularly update your manager and team on pipeline health and progress toward goals
