• Qualify leads by assessing their potential to become customers based on predefined criteria. • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and closers according to both parties' availability. • Conduct follow-ups with leads to maintain interest and ensure they progress through the sales funnel. • Use marketing and sales automation tools to manage leads and track interactions. • Participate in daily alignment meetings to keep the team informed about goals, strategies, and challenges. • Analyze performance metrics such as conversion rates, response times, and campaign effectiveness.

Job Requirements

  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace tools.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with sales frameworks such as SPIN, BANT, and GPCT.
  • Ability to quickly learn new concepts.
  • Comfortable working with technology.
  • Experience with the Meetime platform.
  • Previous experience as an SDR or in sales (preferred).
  • Knowledge of sales automation tools (preferred).
  • Experience working at a SaaS startup (preferred).
