Sales Development Representative, Mid-level

• Qualify leads according to ICP, segmentation, and business challenges; • Conduct the initial consultative outreach to potential clients; • Schedule qualified meetings for the sales team; • Operate simultaneously across multiple campaigns and products; • Keep the CRM up to date, including reports, dashboards, and tracking of targets; • Work with targets and KPIs, reporting results; • Participate in trade shows and events as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Advertising, Business Management, or related fields;
- Previous experience as an SDR in banks, financial institutions, payment institutions, and/or fintechs;
- Experience in B2B sales;
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce);
- Experience handling high lead volumes and performance targets;
- Strong knowledge of negotiation techniques;
- Availability for occasional in-person events.
