• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Client Account Partners • Set performance expectations and support team account strategies • Coach the team on consultative selling and engagement • Conduct regular account reviews and deal coaching sessions • Serve as a senior client account executive for highest-priority relationships • Build and maintain trusted relationships with industry leaders • Lead executive business reviews and strategic planning sessions • Personally drive retention and expansion within defined accounts • Develop and maintain deep expertise across data annotation capabilities • Guide clients in designing scalable data annotation programs • Partner with Solutions Architecture teams for customized proposals • Stay ahead of industry trends in AI training data

Job Requirements

  • 10+ years of F500 client account management and account building experience
  • 3+ years of experience in Data Annotation professional services sales
  • A demonstrated track record of building, coaching, and scaling high-performing teams
  • Proven ability to manage and grow a portfolio of large, strategic accounts
  • Experience leading executive-level engagements, business reviews, and long-cycle renewals and expansions
  • Deep familiarity with data annotation services and workflows
  • Strong understanding of how training data supports AI and ML model development
  • Comfort discussing generative AI and responsible AI principles
  • Experience working with or selling to AI-forward technology companies
