Job Description

SEO/SEM Manager

Sales Engine

• Google Ads: Build, manage, and optimize search campaigns • Monitor budgets, pacing, CPL, and conversion quality • Conduct keyword research, clustering, and competitive analysis • SEO: Execute on-page, local, and content-driven strategies • Optimize content using our “They Ask, You Answer” approach • Track rankings, conversions, and overall performance metrics • Collaborate with internal teams and occasionally client • Communicate insights clearly and proactively • Become a power user of our digital marketing operating system

Job Requirements

  • 5+ years Google Ads experience (home services is a plus)
  • 3–5+ years SEO experience (local + content focused)
  • Strong communicator with analytical thinking
  • Disciplined, U.S.-based, and comfortable in a structured environment
  • Bonus skills: Google Analytics, LocalFalcon, BrightLocal, SEMRush, GoHighLevel, TAYA and AI-assisted content tools
