Human Resources Manager
Insights Training Group, LLC
• Oversee HR functions across assigned centers • Manage employee relations and talent acquisition • Drive initiatives for positive work culture and engagement • Ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies • Provide HRIS support and audit employee records • Assist in planning and execution of special events
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years prior HR experience required
- Above average public speaking skills
- Above average verbal and written skills
- Computer literacy, specifically Internet, email, Microsoft Office
- Proficient with payroll management and HRIS
- Valid drivers’ license
- SHRM-CP preferred
