Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-4 years in a client-facing role at a primary research or language services company
- Fluency in verbal and written English
- Fluency in an additional language is a bonus
- Excellent client service skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in both independent and team environments
- Goal-oriented, driven, and highly motivated to succeed & take on challenges
- Familiarity with CRM systems, and TMS/CAT tools is a bonus

The DOE Paraprofessional Coordinator is responsible for overseeing a caseload of students and their assigned paraprofessionals (paras). This position involves ensuring proper staffing, communication, and management of paraprofessionals while maintaining high standards of customer service and professionalism. The coordinator will act as a liaison between parents, schools, and various offices to ensure that the students receive the necessary services and that paraprofessionals are adequately supported in their roles. About the opportunity The Repairs Coordinator is responsible for managing and overseeing repair and maintenance projects for residential properties.
