Designer III

TEECOM

• The Designer III is an entry-level role focused on supporting modeling strategy • You'll apply TEECOM’s workflows, tools, and BIM standards with a high level of independence • You'll contribute to project delivery through advanced modeling, drawing development, coordination leadership, documentation, and early engineering support • You'll help maintain model health, guide coordination workflows, and reinforce TEECOM’s BIM and documentation standards

Job Requirements

  • BS in Engineering (Electrical preferred), Architecture, or a related field; or equivalent technical or field experience
  • 4+ years of experience in the AEC industry with strong proficiency in Revit, coordinated modeling, and construction documentation across multiple projects, including exposure to coordination processes or field related activities
  • Experience delivering technology system designs (Telecom/ICT, Audiovisual, Security, Acoustics, Network, Wi-Fi, and other technology disciplines) and supporting engineering tasks such as calculations, device layouts, and specification development
  • Experience leading BIM coordination efforts, including clash detection, model review, and cross-discipline resolution
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage workloads across several projects, lead coordination efforts, and support engineers and project leads
  • Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit; familiarity with Navisworks, AutoCAD, Bluebeam Studio, Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Asana, and GitHub.
