• Utilize logical problem-solving to find creative solutions to problems with Genesys Cloud CX • Work with SIP, WebRTC, VoIP, PCap analysis, troubleshooting call quality, media gateways, and SBC devices • Work with stakeholders and other technical teams to collect business and technical requirements to design/deliver enterprise-level solutions using Genesys architect and Genesys Scripter • Create and update technical documentation of operating procedures as needed • Serve as a technical expert for Tier 1/2/3 support groups • Collaborate and communicate with internal department architects and vendor partners • Collaborate with Product Owner on technology solutions, implementations, upgrades, enhancements and conversions; recommend solutions as appropriate • Provide problem-solving leadership based on experience with the technology • Act as a senior member of the Telephony Support Team in providing prompt support to assigned operations. • Coordinate day-to-day operations, run projects, and assign tasks to Tier 1/2/3 engineers • Collaborate in assessing current and expected communications needs, configuration, maintenance, optimization, and documentation of Genesys Cloud CX • Follow and apply configuration and security standards and policies within a defined change management process • Ensure that system improvements and changes are implemented correctly and completely, monitor effects of the modifications • Establish/recommend policies on system use and services • Perform common administrative tasks such as reviewing system logs, setting up new users, and conducting monthly audits of permission levels • Deployment and support of enterprise software, including third-party and in-house applications • Act as an escalation point for Telephony platform issues and corporate IT standards for enterprise IT staff

• Lead Commissioning of electrical power systems LV - MV - DC • Take responsibility for electrical testing and start-up of batteries, DC/AC Inverters, DC/DC Converters, MV switchgear and protection, LV switchgear • Inspect and advise on electrical power systems installation according to manufactures instructions • Complete commissioning procedures according to specification and instructions • Troubleshoot LV/MV/DC Systems, collaborate and feedback corrective measures on engineering and design

• Identify & Frame Value: Discover and translate customers’ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases • Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers • Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives • Realize Value: Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement • Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives • Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executives • Scale Value: Responsible for the end-to-end customer value journey, landing, expanding, adoption and renewing • Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis Process Intelligence as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion • Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases

• Act as a trusted consultative partner to clients by defining requirements, clarifying success criteria, shaping high‑quality annotation guidelines, and proactively providing insights and innovative solutions that strengthen trust and improve data quality, efficiency, and model outcomes. • Influence the what and the why behind GenAI data solutions by translating ambiguous client needs into clear, scalable workflows. • Deliver zero-defect GenAI datasets that meet all defined acceptance and quality criteria. • Build scalable, reproducible, and observable validation and automation pipelines that reduce variance, manual review effort, rework, and time to validation. • Contribute reusable quality frameworks and validators adopted across multiple projects.
