• Implement fixes and perform maintenance on applications used by the company; • Program systems to deliver projects for the company; • Help maintain the availability of technological resources by monitoring corrective and preventive maintenance; • Participate in the deployment and maintenance of IT governance solutions/tools and incident/problem management; • Support the creation of system test plans and execute unit tests; • Carry out the programming, testing, and implementation phases of systems; • Create features that facilitate system use, explore new technologies, and implement updates and improvements to systems.

• Design, develop, and maintain low-code business solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse • Focus on automating business processes • Build data-driven applications

• Design and develop PolicyCenter configurations and integrations that align with business and technical requirements • Configure and extend Guidewire PolicyCenter modules including Policy Submission, Quoting, Issuance, Renewals, and Cancellations • Customize screens, field validations, product models, coverage terms, and rules using GOSU scripting • Create and maintain PCF (Page Configuration Format) files and UI components • Design and develop Web Services (SOAP/REST) for inbound and outbound integration with third-party systems • Implement Messaging architecture for asynchronous communication (e.g., JMS, plugins) • Utilize Guidewire Integration APIs and best practices for data mapping and transformation • Collaborate with Business Analysts, QA, Architects, and client SMEs to interpret functional requirements into technical design • Conduct unit testing and support SIT/UAT phases with quick defect resolution • Participate in code reviews, optimization, and performance tuning • Develop technical design documents, integration specs, and deployment guides • Ensure reusable components and best coding practices are followed • Collaborate with offshore and onshore teams in an Agile/Scrum environment
