Sales Assistant

DASS-X (Data Space Solutions)

• Customer management: Establishing and maintaining customer relationships. • Handling customer inquiries and orders. • Managing customer data in the CRM system. • Organizing business appointments. • Processing complaints. • Sales support: Preparing quotes, presentations and sales materials. • Preparing and analyzing sales statistics. • Assisting with the planning and execution of sales activities. • Contributing to the acquisition of new customers. • Administrative tasks: Phone support and general correspondence.

Job Requirements

  • Communication: Confident manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
  • Organizational skills: Ability to coordinate appointments and create efficient processes.
  • Analytical thinking: Competence in evaluating sales figures and producing reports.
  • Team player: Close collaboration with your team.
  • Product knowledge: Up-to-date information about product details is essential.
  • Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.
