• Customer management: Establishing and maintaining customer relationships. • Handling customer inquiries and orders. • Managing customer data in the CRM system. • Organizing business appointments. • Processing complaints. • Sales support: Preparing quotes, presentations and sales materials. • Preparing and analyzing sales statistics. • Assisting with the planning and execution of sales activities. • Contributing to the acquisition of new customers. • Administrative tasks: Phone support and general correspondence.
Job Requirements
- Communication: Confident manner when dealing with customers and colleagues.
- Organizational skills: Ability to coordinate appointments and create efficient processes.
- Analytical thinking: Competence in evaluating sales figures and producing reports.
- Team player: Close collaboration with your team.
- Product knowledge: Up-to-date information about product details is essential.
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken. Additional languages are a plus.

We’re looking for a Multifamily Sales Director to own and scale our presence in the multifamily space. This is a high-impact, revenue-driving role focused on building relationships with owners, operators, and developers and turning those relationships into long-term, repeatable business. You will not just close deals, you will help position Loop as a preferred partner across multifamily portfolios.
