CRM Mid-Level Analyst

• Plan, execute and optimize CRM campaigns and strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives. • Create, configure and improve relationship flows, automated journeys and personalized workflows across the entire customer lifecycle. • Develop segmentations, filters and databases that support more relevant, personalized and behavior-driven communications. • Operate multichannel campaigns, including email, SMS, push notifications, web push, WhatsApp and other engagement channels. • Conduct A/B tests, validations and QA routines to ensure the quality of communications and automations. • Monitor results, perform performance analyses and produce reports and insights to guide decision-making and optimizations. • Identify and resolve technical and operational issues, proposing agile and sustainable solutions. • Support strategic planning for the area, contributing recommendations, diagnostics and opportunities for improvement. • Continuously seek improvements in processes, flows and CRM practices, driving the maturity and efficiency of initiatives. • Ensure all actions comply with internal policies, market best practices and privacy requirements, including LGPD.

Job Requirements

  • Previous experience in CRM, preferably in operating and optimizing campaigns, journeys and automations (minimum 1.5 to 2 years).
  • Experience building relationship cadences, automated flows and multichannel campaigns.
  • Practical knowledge of segmentation, database handling and creating filters or queries (e.g., SQL or a similar language).
  • Familiarity with content personalization techniques and the use of dynamic variables.
  • Experience in QA processes, testing and validation of campaigns and automations.
  • Basic knowledge of data management, integrations and information structures (e.g., via files, APIs or other methods).
  • Organized profile with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail and results orientation.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with business, marketing, technology and data teams.
